Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and shipping materials, inspecting and verifying shipments, and managing warehouse inventory.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving and Shipping Materials: Accurately receive materials from suppliers and ship materials to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations and international trade guidelines.
• Inspection and Verification: Receive materials and visually inspect for damage. Unpack materials, verify count, and enter data into the system.
• Shipping and Documentation: Send shipping confirmations. Enter and prepare shipping orders for international customers and interoffice.
• Warehouse Management: Store materials in the proper location for use in production or to fulfill customer orders. Rearrange and organize materials to minimize floor space requirements and walk time.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull materials according to production orders, pack, and ship to customers. Generate shipping documents.
• Return Processing: Receive returned materials from customers and process them through the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process.
• Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lean Project Participation: Actively participate in lean projects related to material management to improve efficiency.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating computers and software, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.
• Personality Traits: Strong analytical skills to identify basic problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with material handling equipment pallet jack, and other equipment.
