What You'll Do Apply makeup for onscreen talent in live broadcasts, video shoots, and studio productions Develop looks that align with each productions vision from natural beauty to more theatrical or character-driven styles Collaborate with directors, costume designers, and lighting teams to ensure cohesive visual presentation Perform continuity touch-ups, quick fixes, and last-minute adjustments during live or recorded sessions Maintain and organize your makeup kit, styling wardrobe, and hygiene standards Research and introduce new makeup products and techniques to elevate the production quality Who You Are Professional experience in makeup artistry for TV, live shows, film, or theatre Skilled with a variety of products foundations, special-effects makeup, character cosmetics Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under tight schedules and live conditions Excellent communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams Flexible and used to working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends Fluent in English; knowledge of Serbian or other languages is a plus Why This Role Matters Belgrade is becoming a growing creative and production hotspot in Southeast Europe, with expanding live broadcast infrastructure and a thriving media sector.
