Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Makeup Artist to join our creative team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a Makeup Artist, you will enhance our clients' features and boost their confidence by creating spectacular looks for various occasions. If you have a passion for beauty and strong artistic skills, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities

• Apply makeup and hairstyling to meet company standards, including tattoo coverage for on-camera readiness
• Proactively retouch and maintain appearance as needed throughout the shift
• Ensure all tools and workspace are kept clean and organized
• Monitor inventory of materials and tools, ensuring proper storage and usage
• Train team members on appearance standards, and report activities through company systems
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, creating a positive atmosphere for employees
• Respond promptly to requests or issues reported via internal channels during working hours

Qualifications And Skills

• Fluent in Serbian (C1) and English (B1 or higher), both written and spoken
• Minimum 1 year of experience in makeup and hairstyling
• Diploma or certification in hairstyling or a related artistic field required
• Comfortable using PC tools to manage schedules and communication
• Willingness to work in shifts within a 24/7 environment
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work professionally with diverse teams and personalities
