We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer
Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office
Role Description:
Join our team as a Full Stack Software Engineer on a green-field platform for large-scale financial index administration. You'll leverage your Angular and Java/Spring expertise to design and implement robust solutions and scalable microservices, ensuring high performance, reliability and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions
• Implement UI components using Angular 2+ and develop Java Spring microservices
• Automate workflows through scripting and tooling
• Validate requirements via unit, integration and end-to-end tests
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders

Your Profile
:

• 4+ years' experience in full-stack development
• Extensive knowledge of Angular with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Expertise in Java with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Expert level understanding of Spring Framework
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs and AWS services
• Exposure to messaging brokers (Kafka, MQ) and both relational/No-SQL databases
• Experience in financial services (banking, insurance or other financial organization)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset

• In-memory caching (Redis)
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket
• BPMN platforms (Camunda, IBM BAW, Pega)
• Test-driven development
• UI/charting libraries , )
• UX/design tools (Figma)
• CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)
