Ikotek is a specialized, USA-headquartered global provider of original design manufacturing (ODM) for IoT.
We combine end-to-end design consultancy across program management, R&D, sourcing and production at our own manufacturing facilities to produce designs for our customers. Our role is to turn customers' device dreams into IoT reality.

ON-SITE
, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

We are looking for:
Software Development Engineer - Smart Product Line

Main responsibilities:

  • Support development of feasible Ikotek solutions to customers based on their application software requirements.
  • Support API and software client development for Ikotek's smart product line, including asset trackers, Telematics, POS, Smart phones, and other devices equipped with wireless, BLE, 5G, LTE, UMTS/HSPA (+), GSM/GPRS and GNSS modules. Development in Yocto OS or Android BSP and framework.
  • Code debugging and software troubleshooting activities as direct support for software testing team.
  • Support customers to solve BSP/Framework issues based on project requirements and use case.
  • Support system stabilization, performance and power consumption optimization.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, electronics, computer science and other related majors
  • Android or Linux Yocto development experience
  • Experience 7-10 years
  • Conversational English
