ABOUT PROJECT:

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their development team in Belgrade. This is a
20-month engagement
, working on the development of modern web and microservice applications in a dynamic, agile environment.

The company is a global organization connecting digital identities and communications through innovative platforms that ensure security and reliable user authentication worldwide.

Integration of the existing messaging system with two different affiliate systems. This integration will create a unified routing solution.

This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the Belgrade office.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and optimize complex web and microservice applications

· Design and implement REST API services

· Create and maintain front-end components using modern JS frameworks , ReactJS, KnockoutJS)

· Work with databases (PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS) – advanced SQL queries and performance optimization

· Implement messaging and caching solutions (RabbitMQ, Redis)

· Monitor logs and performance using monitoring tools (ELK stack, Kibana)

· Collaborate closely with product and QA teams within Agile/Scrum methodology

· Actively propose improvements in code, architecture, and business logic

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Backend: PHP (CodeIgniter, Laravel), Python (Starlette, Bottle, or similar), REST API
  • Frontend
    :
     JavaScript , ReactJS, KnockoutJS), HTML5, CSS3
  • Database
    :
     PostgreSQL or other RDBMS, advanced SQL, and query optimization
  • Messaging & Monitoring: RabbitMQ, ELK stack (a plus)
  • Systems & Tools: Linux, Git (branching strategies), CI/CD environments
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command of English and Serbian
  • Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented approach
