What is the role about:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and research, and apply them to projects.

  • Optimize AI/ML models for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

  • Analyze and preprocess datasets to prepare them for model training.

  • Debug, test, and document AI-driven systems to ensure robustness and reliability.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master's/PhD is a plus).

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

  • Hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.

  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

  • Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Understanding of ethical considerations and biases in AI.

  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers.
