At ProGlove, we're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who enjoys problem-solving, values teamwork, and gets things done.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features across our SaaS platform — from UI to cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain scalable, serverless Backends on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Develop user-facing features using Angular and TypeScript that interact seamlessly with backend APIs.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Mobile, Embedded, and Design teams to deliver integrated IoT experiences.
• Participate in architecture discussions to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams — everybody can talk to stakeholders, including customers, and together we build great products.

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, developing and delivering production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework (preferably Angular) and experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid experience with backend development — ideally in Python, , or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.) or other cloud providers.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS CodeBuild, Travis or Jenkins) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile and self-organized teams.
• Knowledge of RxJS, unit testing (Jasmine, Karma), and end-to-end testing practices.
• Passion for learning new technologies and improving processes.
• Serbian or German language skills are a plus.
