Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end ICT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third parties, representing the company's or client's interests.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities: customer meetings, requirement analysis, solution design, proposal/bid preparation.
  • Design and deliver ICT solutions (networking, security, datacenter, unified communications, virtualization) ensuring feasibility and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams to drive solution implementation.
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors, monitor costs and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain solution documentation, templates, and knowledge base; provide training to sales teams.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of ICT-related experience across project management, solution design, or pre-sales.
  • Expertise in at least two areas: networking, security, datacenter, unified communications, virtualization.
  • Hands-on or architecture experience in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCIE, VCP) are a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with cross-functional teams and in customer-facing situations.
