We are a fast-growing CRO company, committed to delivering high-quality support in clinical research. We are looking for a
Project & Finance Operations Support Officer
to join our office team and ensure smooth coordination between our projects, financial processes, and administrative operations.

In this role, you will be the key link between project managers, finance teams, and external accounting agencies — making sure that all financial flows are accurate, cost tracking is precise, and documentation is always up to date. Your work will directly support the success of our projects and the overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative and office management activities to support ongoing clinical projects.
  • Communicate regularly with external accounting agencies to ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and reporting.
  • Track and monitor project expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
  • Prepare and process client invoices according to contractual terms.
  • Maintain and update financial tracking tables for projects and company operations.
  • Conduct cost-control checks and report variances or potential risks to management.
  • Assist in monthly financial reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
  • Support project teams with accurate and timely documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements for operational and financial workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, finance, or project operations (CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience is a plus).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
