Are you passionate about building high-performing technical teams? We're expanding our HR team and looking for a results-driven Senior IT Recruiter to connect talented professionals with impactful opportunities. In this role, you'll focus on evaluating top candidates, coordinating smooth interview processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish. Your ability to understand technical roles and match candidates to the right opportunities will play a key role in shaping our organization's success.This is a hybrid role that requires occasional visits to our office in Belgrade.

What is the role about:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates
  • Conducting initial screenings and evaluating candidates' qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural alignment
  • Maintaining and nurturing a talent pool of technical candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit criteria for open positions
  • Undertaking additional HR responsibilities as needed
What we expect from you:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers
  • Familiarity with technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) to effectively screen candidate
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems (e.g., Peopleforce,BambooHR), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
