Opis posla

  • Pravna podrška u kancelariji

  • Priprema i pregledanje pravnih dokumenata, ugovora, tužbi i žalbi

  • Istraživanje relevantnih pravnih propisa i sudske prakse u vezi sa predmetima kancelarije

Saradnja sa advokatima i mentorom

  • Aktivno učešće u pripremi predmeta za sudske postupke i vanparničnu praksu

  • Učenje kroz praktične primere i mentorske sesije

Komunikacija sa klijentima

  • Priprema i slanje dopisa klijentima i partnerima

  • Prikupljanje i obrada potrebne dokumentacije

Priprema i analiza pravnih izveštaja

  • Izrada sažetaka i analiza predmeta

Praćenje rokova i sudskih procedura, vođenje evidencije

  • Ažuriranje podataka u internim bazama

Razvoj profesionalnih veština

  • Upoznavanje sa procedurama rada advokatske kancelarije

  • Razvijanje istraživačkih, organizacionih i komunikacionih veština

Profil kandidata

  • Završeni pravni fakultet;
  • Osnovno poznavanje rada na računaru (MS Office, internet servisi);
  • Odlično znanje engleskog jezika (pisano i usmeno);
  • Izražene analitičke i komunikacione veštine;
  • Motivisanost, proaktivnost i orijentacija ka rezultatima.
