About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong focus on .NET backend development, combined with solid skills in React frontend. In this role, you will design and implement scalable backend services, while also contributing to modern, user-friendly interfaces on the frontend.

As a senior team member, you will take ownership of technical solutions, participate in architectural decisions, and mentor colleagues, ensuring that best practices are applied across the stack.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) with high scalability and performance.
  • Contribute to frontend development in React, ensuring functional and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and data experts in a cross-functional Agile team.
  • Drive system architecture and design discussions, ensuring long-term technical quality.
  • Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical workshops.
  • Ensure high standards of clean code, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) – backend development is your primary strength.
  • Solid experience with React (hooks, state management, modern best practices).
  • Good understanding of relational databases and REST API design.
  • Experience in Agile environments with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and fluency in English.
