Adrian Magnus is a premium cigar brand, part of, an international premium cigar distribution company, Carazo Group, founded in 2012. We operate across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, managing multiple brands, warehouses, and digital sales channels.

In Serbia, we operate through our local entity QualiX DOO, which serves as a key operational and administrative hub for the group.

With 40+ professionals globally, we are focused on building stable, scalable systems that support international logistics, sales, and operations.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Head of IT / Technical Operations Lead to own and maintain our internal business systems.

In this role, you will take a systems-oriented approach, ensuring that CRM, e-commerce, ERP/WMS, logistics, and automation tools work together reliably. You will configure and troubleshoot systems, manage integrations and automations, coordinate external developers and vendors when needed, and continuously improve system stability and documentation.

This position is hired locally under our Serbian entity, Qualix DOO, with occasional presence at our Belgrade office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve integrations between:

  • HubSpot (CRM)

  • Shopify (e-commerce)
  • ERP / WMS systems

  • Logistics & shipping tools

  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot automation flows (Zapier, Make, or similar).

  • Diagnose and resolve data synchronization and system reliability issues.
  • Own HubSpot from a technical systems perspective (pipelines, workflows, reporting).

    Support Shopify from a technical operations perspective (apps, integrations, data flows).
  • Translate business needs into clear technical tasks and system logic.
  • Coordinate external developers and vendors when needed.
  • Document system architecture, integrations, and workflows.

You are not expected to be an expert in HubSpot or Shopify from day one. This is not a HubSpot Architect , Shopify Developer,  DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer role.

Requirements
  • Technical higher education in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering,technical support leadership,or technical project coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, integrations, data flows, and automation logic.
  • Practical experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Good professional English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to learn and master internal platforms (HubSpot, Shopify, ERP/WMS).
