Who we're hiring:

We're looking for a
Senior Strategy Consultant
with experience in early-stage digital product validation and go-to-market strategy. You'll help us refine business model, define key customer segments, and develop a clear path to launch.

You combine analytical structure with strategic creativity - able to move from research and modelling to actionable recommendations. Ideally, you've worked with startups or innovation projects before and know how to test assumptions quickly without losing sight of the bigger picture.

What you will do

  • Lead the validation of business and revenue models across key regions globally
  • Map and prioritise market segments with the highest adoption potential
  • Analyse competing solutions and identify clear differentiators
  • Design and test early go-to-market strategies, including user acquisition and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with the founders on funding, partnerships and investor materials
  • Support planning and metrics for scaling from prototype to pilot

What we expect

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, market research, or venture building
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to structure complex information into clear decisions
  • Proven track record of contributing to go-to-market or validation projects
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in digital identity, HR tech or verification-related industries
  • Familiarity with early-stage fundraising and investor storytelling
