Responsibilities- Lead packaging improvement projects across all lines.
- Provide support to Spark structure by supporting DMSs DH, CL, and CIL, and act as a trainer/coach for Packaging Machine Operators (PMOs) to embed Spark methodology in daily operations.
- Collaborate with Production, Commercial, and Procurement teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop technical capability for new PMOs and ensure skill continuity in packaging teams.
- Monitor and deliver packaging performance metrics (KPIs).
- Incorporate FS/HS and quality standards in all packaging projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations in packaging operations.
- Share best practices and lessons learned with colleagues from other factories.
- Support training and development of packaging team members.
- Participate in selection and evaluation of candidates for packaging roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science (with focus on food), or Mechanical Engineering,
- Previous experience on the same or similar role,
- Qualifications for DMSs CL, CIL, DH,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Ability to manage complex challenges in packaging,
- Analytical thinking,
- Ability to simultaneously manage different priorities and work under pressure,
- Good influencing, presentation, communication and decision-making skills,
- Result orientation, demonstrate problem-solving capabilities,
- Good knowledge of English.
