Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting role based in Belgrade. The Accountant will be responsible for managing company financial records, which includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, invoicing customers, managing payroll, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
• Experience with budget management, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Strong skills in using accounting software and tools such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and auditing processes.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous work experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage.
