As our Head of Affiliate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our affiliate strategy. You will lead a talented team, forge valuable partnerships, and drive performance across CPA networks to expand our digital footprint. • Team Management: Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure that your team consistently delivers high-quality results.
• Affiliate Strategy Development: Design and implement robust strategies within CPA networks to attract, engage, and retain partners.
• Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit websites, bloggers, KOLs, and CPA platforms to drive increased traffic and engagement.
• Negotiations and Motivation: Lead negotiations, set favorable terms, and develop incentive programs to motivate partners.
• Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, integrate with tracking systems, and refine strategies to boost campaign efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and propose actionable insights for growth and optimization.
• Market Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends, analyze competitors, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Launching New Programs: Explore and implement new opportunities to further expand the affiliate network.

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing: A minimum of 3 years in crypto affiliate marketing with a proven track record.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative strategies, analyze market trends, and measure campaign success effectively.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve targets.
• Negotiation Skills: Expertise in building and sustaining long-term partnerships.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and partners.
• Knowledge of CPA Models: Proficiency in using analysis tools to optimize campaign performance.
• English Language: Intermediate level or higher.
