We are looking for Senior
HR Data Operations Analyst
to join our HR Data Ops Team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will support the People Team through Workday transactions, projects, and general administrative support. If you have prior experience working with data, we'd love to speak with you

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • 5+ years of experience in data management - data entry, data auditing and/or data processing
  • 5+ years of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with various teams
  • 5+ years of experience working in a role that required problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English

  • Previous HR experience
  • Previous experience working with a ticketing system
  • Previous experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's degree

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Provide Workday support by researching transactions, managing Help cases and emails, and offering data guidance to colleagues.
  • Ensure data accuracy and efficiency through routine audits, troubleshooting, and resolving complex HRIS data issues.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing data trends, leading enhancements, and cascading changes across the team.
  • Deliver training and onboarding for new team members and educate colleagues on Workday tools to promote self-service.
  • Maintain documentation by updating standard operating procedures in line with evolving processes.
  • Foster collaboration and leadership by coordinating issue resolution, escalating when needed, and building internal relationships to improve outcomes.

About The Team
You will be a member of an international HR Data Ops Team of 4. This role will report to the Manager, People Operations and will work with all data changes in Workday for Americas region.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with US working hours (2-10pm).

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
