Role Description:
ARRISE is seeking a skilled and dedicated Junior LED Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the preparation, installation, and maintenance of LED strips and related equipment in studio environments. If you're passionate about working with electrical and lighting systems, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • LED Preparation & Installation: Assist in preparing LED strips with cables, connectors, and test them according to project specifications. Perform basic testing under supervision to ensure functionality according to project requirements.
  • Wiring & Electrical Setup: Support senior technicians in wiring, crimping, and soldering tasks. Help with cable labeling and organizing electrical components.
  • Mechanical Assembly: Aid in assembling additional components such as sensors, motors, and pneumatic parts as directed.
  • Workplace Safety: In case of a workplace accident, promptly inform the manager and HR officer.
  • Quality Support: Assist in post-installation testing and verification, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain the workspace and equipment during and after installation.
  • Task Execution: Execute additional tasks assigned by the department director to ensure project success.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Expertise: Experience in LED installation, electrical systems, or similar technical fields.
  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in wiring, crimping, soldering, and testing electronic systems. Knowledge of electrical panels and DMX controllers is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in installations and quality checks.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
