We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our team in Belgrade. This role is integral to ensuring the maintenance and functionality of our facilities, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Core Responsibilities of the Handyman Role- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of building systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential issues or hazards.
- Address and resolve maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to prioritise tasks and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Utilise appropriate tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Assist with setting up furniture, fixtures, and office amenities as needed for company events and new setups.
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting effectively with team members and other departments.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of typical working hours, if necessary.
