Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher flatbed located in the Kragujevac Metropolitan Area. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations and logistics of transportation services. Duties include managing schedules, communicating with drivers, monitoring delivery progress, ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations, and solving any issues that arise during transportation.

  • Logistics and Transportation Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
  • Proficiency with Dispatch Software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
