Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Specialist located in Novi Sad. The Project Specialist will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, monitoring project progress, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. The Project Specialist will also be involved in analyzing project data and assisting with sales-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Project Management and planning
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data analysis
  • Experience in Sales and business development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role is a plus
