Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belgrade City for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, providing product demonstrations, and creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Additional tasks include managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and communication skills, including client relationship management and negotiation
  • Technical understanding of large format inkjet, eco-solvent, UV, sublimation, and DTG printing solutions
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for customer management, reporting, and presentations
  • Knowledge of the print industry and market trends is a plus
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
