Ako se pronalaziš u opisu:

  • Aktivno se služiš nemačkim jezikom u govoru i pismu (B2/C1)
  • Imaš izvrsne organizacijske veštine i dobro upravljaš vremenom i rokovima
  • Timski si igrač i rešavaš probleme
  • Imaš pozivitan stav i vešt si komunikator
  • Upoznat si sa načinom rada kontakt centra

Tvoji zadaci će biti:

  • Naš klijent je renomirana internacionalna kompanija iz oblasti automobilske industrije i pružaćeš usluge kontakt agenta za korisnike
  • Odgovaraćeš na upite klijenata putem telefona i/ili digitalnim kanalima na nemačkom jeziku
  • Sve informacije ćeš obrađivati u skladu sa standardnim procedurama
  • Učinak ćeš poboljšavati shodno određenim standardima i uputima
  • Svoju poziciju ćeš unapređivati kroz usvajanje novih znanja i učestvovanjem na edukacijama
