Join us as a
Global Demand & Supply Planner, located in Nis,
and take ownership of integrating demand and supply across the value chain. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing availability, inventory, and cost performance while enhancing agility and responsiveness to changing market demands on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Define
monthly item-level demand forecasts
in close alignment with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and other business divisions, derived from company strategy and strategic focus. - Support and challenge Product Management and Sales in defining
initial launch quantities
during development phases. - Operate and continuously improve an effective
global supply network planning strategy
, covering internal and external manufacturing, capacity planning, component planning, and multi-sourcing concepts. - Optimize
product availability
across central finished goods warehouses while balancing economic drivers such as net working capital, inventory cost, and capacity utilization. - Develop and drive effective
SIOP processes
, including the right set of tools, methods, and competencies, involving all relevant stakeholders along the value chain. - Own relevant
master data parameters
to ensure inventory, delivery, and service performance targets in close alignment with plants, global inventory management, and warehouses. - Monitor key
KPIs
(e.g. inventory levels, obsolescence, OTD) and actively initiate corrective actions where needed for assigned product groups.
Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of professional experience in
demand and supply planning
within a large multinational company. - Strong experience in breaking down, validating, and translating sales information into
item-level demand forecasts
. - Proven experience working in
matrix organizations
and cross-functional, international environments. - Experience managing
large and diverse SKU portfolios
across multiple production locations. - Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, cooperative and team spirit
. - Hands-on experience in
leading and improving SIOP processes
. - Full professional proficiency in
English; German
language knowledge would be considered as an advantage. - Advanced-level skills in
MS Office, SAP
, and analytical tools
