Trenutno tražimo Senior Graphic Designera – nekog ko odlično poznaje svoj zanat, ima izražen osećaj za detalje i glavu punu ideja. Ako umeš da razmišljaš strateški, da iz brifa izvučeš suštinu i pretvoriš je u vizual koji zaista "radi", i znaš kako da projekat sprovedeš od prve skice do finalnog fajla – velika je šansa da si baš ti osoba koju tražimo.

Šta ćeš raditi?


• Dizajniraćeš kampanje i različite vizuale za digital i print


• Kreiraćeš sadržaj za društvene mreže, web, outdoor formate i brending materijale


• Bićeš deo tima koji osmišljava vizuelne koncepte i kreativne pravce


• Učestvovaćeš u definisanju dizajn standarda i unapređivanju procesa unutar tima koji trenutno broji pet kreativaca

Šta očekujemo od tebe?


• Minimum 3 godine iskustva na sličnoj poziciji, u agenciji ili sličnom okruženju


• Odlično poznavanje Adobe paketa (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects je plus)


• Samostalnost, dobru organizaciju i jasnu komunikaciju


• Želju i spremnost da preneseš znanje mlađim članovima tima


• Visok estetski prag, ali i sposobnost da se prilagodiš različitim stilovima


• Iskustvo sa brendiranjem, mockupima, pitch prezentacijama i osnovnom animacijom
