Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the AI project, including roadmap, development, and deployment.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI models for knowledge retrieval, reasoning, and recommendation generation.
  • Integrate domain-specific datasets (PDFs, SCADA data, operational manuals) into knowledge graphs and vector databases for advanced RAG workflows.
  • Develop and maintain the AI system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with EU AI Act requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software engineers, data scientists, energy experts) to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Continuously improve AI algorithms and system interfaces based on user feedback and operational results.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance for junior engineers and researchers working on AI project.
  • Represent company in external meetings, workshops, and energy-technology events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML projects, preferably in energy systems, industrial automation, or knowledge management.
  • Strong background in Python, AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and Vector search/Embedding technologies (FAISS, txtai, Chroma).
  • Experience with knowledge graphs (Neo4j, Memgraph, or similar) and graph-based AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, power grid operations, or energy market data

  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud/on-prem deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of taking full ownership of a complex technical project.
