About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled
DevOps Engineer

to join our team and help build, provision, and manage our development environments. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining a secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure that mirrors our customers' environments. This includes working with GPU-enabled AKS clusters, private networking, and self-hosted AI models and services—without relying on external managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
  • Build tools to reduce errors and enhance customer experience.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Provide direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs.
  • Participate in architecture and software development activities.
  • Use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve problems with custom workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex infrastructure, security, and development challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Advanced experience with Linux and networking (must).
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift (must).
  • Proficiency in Golang, Python, Rust, and scripting languages.
  • Advanced experience with cloud platforms  (
    Azure

. AWS and GCP knowledge would be nice to have).
- Strong experience with Git, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD tools.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and solid security awareness.
- Working knowledge of databases.
- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent experience.
- Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
- Proactive attitude and great sense of responsibility
- Good command of written/spoken English (B2 and above)
