Information Technology Specialist

On behalf of our client, a successful international company operating within the real estate industry, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to take the role of an
IT Specialist.
Job description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters at the local site.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with HQ directives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with HQ on IT projects, upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor system usage and performance, and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts.
- Fluent in Serbian and English
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft/AWS are a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization.
