Title: Corporate Finance Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary
Working as a part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Team in a Fortune500 Technology company, within an environment that emphasizes collaboration, creativity and high performance, we are looking for an ambitious individual to join us in advancing our reporting and analytics capabilities. The focus of this role is primarily on Customer profitability reporting, cleansing and reconciling large-scale data as the foundation to driving accurate and timely reporting. Responsibilities and activities are broad in nature and involve process execution and optimization, monitoring and acting upon data quality standards, performing validations and period close activities to be published and leveraged by NCR Atleos global finance community.

Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Develop & update Customer P&L reporting
• Work closely with Business Units and other Finance Teams to understand data sources and reporting requirements
• Through proactive data analysis provide trending information, observations and analysis of the data and recommendations to enable business decisions
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools to ensure data integrity
• Position must interface with Manager/Team Lead to escalate issues, provide updates, and effect improvements

You Have

• Technical Skills: You will be able to use skills and techniques to manipulate and consolidate large datasets across various IT platforms as the foundation for accurate management reporting. Knowledge of Power BI & VBA.
• Reporting Skills: You will be able to create best-practice reports based to data mining and analysis
• Time Management Skills: You will be able to deliver to deadline
• Ambition: You will be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing requirements and the organization
• Focus: You will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision with strong professional work ethic, with a focus on ownership and execution
• Team Skills– You will be a team player, able to work well with colleagues in multiple locations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance field with 2+ year's relevant business analytics experience
• Proficient English Level (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel skills and aptitude for learning other analytics tools such as Power BI & VBA.
