Role Overview
We are looking for a
Delivery Manager
to join our Core Team in Belgrade.

This role is at the heart of how we deliver value to our clients and engineers. As a Delivery Manager, you'll be the main point of connection between our clients and engineering teams, ensuring premium retention, smooth operations, and trusted collaboration.

You'll work on setting up new teams and scaling existing ones, while continuously improving the experience of both our clients and engineers. This is a
business-facing role
where you'll balance delivery, team wellbeing, and clients satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for engineering teams, ensuring alignment between the client's product goals and our delivery efforts.
• Lead onboarding and team growth activities, from setting up new teams to expanding existing collaborations.
• Monitor delivery performance and identify risks early, solving issues proactively.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure the right people are hired and successfully integrated.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, supporting their career development and wellbeing.
• Provide fact and data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and clients on delivery performance and retention trends.
• Align with Finance, HR Operations and Legal teams on HR admin, labour law, commercial and payroll topics.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, communication, and collaboration between all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in delivery management, project management, consultancy, or account management.
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of ownership with attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator who can manage stakeholders at different levels, both internally and externally.
• Natural relationship builder who values trust and transparency.
• Fluent in English, with German being a strong advantage.
• University degree.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Data-driven mindset – you make decisions based on facts, metrics, and structured thinking.
