We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Compumark Watch product team The Business Analyst delivers data-driven insights to support business goals and objectives. Responsible for performing ad-hoc analyses, conducting audits, automating data processes, improving supported products and platforms.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • 3+ years working as a business analyst, product manager, or project manager for a technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, or Technology preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience forecasting and modeling costs, income, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience using JIRA, Confluence
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables.

It would be great if you also have . . .

  • Working knowledge of querying databases (DBs) with SQL
  • Familiarity of Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools
  • Familiarity of Python, Tableau Data Prep, etc. for data normalization & manipulation
  • Familiarity of API methods, standards, uses
  • Familiarity with APIs, software integration
  • Familiarity of Pendo

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Collaborate with Product team stakeholders to gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring clear and detailed specifications for new and improved product features.
  • Document business needs and translate them into formal specifications, acting as a liaison between Development, internal teams, and external clients.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to ensure stakeholder needs are met, write user stories, and actively participate in grooming and sizing sessions.
  • Support user acceptance testing and contribute to the successful delivery of product enhancements.
  • Maintain and track the product backlog, ensuring alignment with development priorities and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs at both the initiative and departmental levels, recommending metrics to support customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate internal feedback and research, provide business process and systems analysis, and may lead operational phases of projects to support the product team.

About The Team
This role reports into the Director, Product Management working as part of a team of 4 Product Manager/Business Process Consultants as well as collaborating with the wider Compumark team based locally in Antwerp.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time permanent position based in a Clarivate location in Belgrade, Serbia and will require hybrid working.
