We're now looking for a passionate and experienced
Social Media Manager
to join our growing team. If you live and breathe social, understand what it means to engage an audience, and are ready to take charge of content and campaigns across multiple platforms — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Work closely with the brand team to develop and implement monthly social media strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all platforms.
  • Supervise social media interactions to maintain a positive and engaging customer experience.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, and create reports that drive decision-making.
  • Lead and coordinate campaign creation and execution, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Work with internal teams and supervise content creators to ensure campaigns are on track and delivering value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    social media management
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    marketing, business, journalism, PR
    , or a related field.
  • Google Analytics certification
    is a strong plus.
  • Experience with tools such as
    HubSpot
    , Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of
    SEO principles
    and how they apply to content and platform rankings.
  • Proven experience identifying and engaging target audiences through custom campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
