position
of:

ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (1):

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program and coordinates activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team;
• Acts as the interface between the Advanced Manufacturing team and the plant(s);
• Acts as manufacturing interface between Serbia and China headquarter, to research Serbia manufacturing resources and establish Serbia manufacturing cost model and supplier resource penalty method;
• Studies, develops in detail, follows-up, validates, releases and sets-up the complete Production System, including but not limited to: the program process flow charts, plant layout, equipment and tools, utilities, material and information flow analysis, supply chain definition, in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives;
• Ensures design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers; ensures manufacturing feasibility;
• Implements all changes of the production system related to the product modifications (as of Engineering Change Management);
• Ensures that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time;
• Manages the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up;
• Reports all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities;
• Applies program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Yanfeng tools and standards;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's diploma (min. 180 ESPB) in Mechanical, Industrial engineering or related field
• 3 or more years of relevant work experience
• Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with project management
• Excellent organizational skills and readiness to accept new knowledge
• Familiarity with following one of the following processes: metal welding & assembly or trim cutting & sewing process
• Very good command of spoken and written English
