Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Niš. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily transport operations, coordinating with drivers and clients, scheduling and dispatching trucks, monitoring traffic and weather conditions, and resolving any on-road issues promptly to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves maintaining detailed records of vehicle maintenance and driver logs.

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, and managing logistics operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
• Prior experience in the logistics or transport industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
