We are hiring a HR Associate
Hybrid working model – Novi Sad office
Join our Serbia HR team and play an important role in shaping a positive employee experience. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for employee inquiries, helping to ensure the employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding—is smooth and efficient. You will support compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a positive, people-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, responding accurately and promptly to support a positive employee experience
- Conduct pre-onboarding and onboarding programs, creating engaging experiences that foster new hire integration and promote company culture
- Manage and maintain all employee data within Workday, ensuring records are current, accurate, and compliant with company policies
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, life insurance, and wellbeing plans
- Manage leave of absence programs—such as annual leave, medical, parental, and statutory leaves—in a way that is transparent, compliant, and supportive of employee needs
- Oversee and facilitate employee offboarding processes, ensuring they are conducted professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with best practices
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation within HR workflows to deliver a seamless, people-centric experience
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a large organization
- Experience using HR systems and case management or ticketing platforms.
- Good understanding of Serbian Labor Law regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word at an advanced level
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
