Scrum Master

We're looking for a Scrum Master to help our teams deliver high-quality software efficiently and collaboratively. You'll play a key role in guiding agile practices, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and supporting our Product Owner, Head of Engineering, and Team Leads in improving delivery processes across the company. As part of a small team, you'll sometimes take on responsibilities outside your core role. We value people who are proactive, adaptable, and ready to make things happen together.

This is a role focused on team coordination, process excellence, and removing blockers rather than coding or system configuration. 

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  
  

• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and sprint goal definition.
  
  

• Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
  
  

• Identify and help remove process and delivery impediments.
  
  

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
  
  

• Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product team.
  
  

• Monitor standard (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and team-tailored sprint metrics, and communicate insights.
  
  

• Assist in capacity planning and coordination between multiple teams.

• Planning, tracking and documenting using tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
  
  

• Encourage ownership, accountability, and open communication within teams.

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in an IT industry.
  
  

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  
  

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (C1 English level or higher).
  
  

• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

• Experience in a small or scaling IT environment is a plus.
  
  

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
