Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Dispatcher located on-site in the Kragujevac Metropolitan Area. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules and routes of drivers, ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods. Duties include dispatching drivers, tracking vehicle locations, managing communication between drivers and clients, and resolving any transportation-related issues that arise during shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transportation management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with dispatch and GPS tracking software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or related fields is a plus
