We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Administrator to be the go-to person for all things tech support. From troubleshooting everyday issues to keeping our systems running smoothly, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams stay connected and productive, and focused on what they do best.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in-office and remotely
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations for employees (Windows, macOS)
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID)
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes: device procurement, assignment, returns, and account management
- Maintain and manage office network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
- Maintain shared office devices: printers, conference room equipment...
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and software license management
- Implement and monitor security measures: antivirus, software patch management, backup systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- Document IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Plan and implement regular and emergency technological improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with Azure Entra ID
- Network infrastructure management (wired and wireless)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with patience and empathy
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, ZenDesk...)
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Familiarity with asset management systems
