We're a dynamic and rapidly expanding iGaming studio known for pushing the boundaries of entertainment with cutting-edge games and immersive player experiences. As we scale, we're building a rock-solid foundation to support our creative and technical teams — and that's where you come in.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Administrator to be the go-to person for all things tech support. From troubleshooting everyday issues to keeping our systems running smoothly, you'll play a key role in ensuring our teams stay connected and productive, and focused on what they do best.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in-office and remotely
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations for employees (Windows, macOS)
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors and service providers
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID)
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes: device procurement, assignment, returns, and account management
  • Maintain and manage office network infrastructure (wired and wireless)
  • Maintain shared office devices: printers, conference room equipment...
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and software license management
  • Implement and monitor security measures: antivirus, software patch management, backup systems
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Document IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Plan and implement regular and emergency technological improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration or similar role
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with Azure Entra ID
  • Network infrastructure management (wired and wireless)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service orientation with patience and empathy
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, ZenDesk...)

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Familiarity with asset management systems
