Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visual Mastery & Execution – Serve as the studio's leading expert in visual design, setting the benchmark for excellence by defining and executing groundbreaking concept art, including characters, environments and assets. Ensure all visuals are optimized for performance and seamlessly integrated into the player experience.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with internal teams, the Creative Director and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of 2D art into the broader game environment. Receive and apply constructive feedback effectively.
  • Artistic Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and support the Concept Art team, helping them deliver visuals of the highest quality while maintaining both creative and technical excellence.
  • Innovation & Efficiency – Continuously explore and apply new art trends and techniques to push the boundaries of the craft while improving production workflows.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in game development.
  • A strong visual portfolio demonstrating artistic range and quality.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D software for collaboration with 3D artists (practical experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent design and drawing skills, including the effective use of color, form, lighting and composition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
  • Passion for games is a plus.

Optional / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with slot machine games or other content-rich casual/social games
