• A water world featuring 17 thermo-mineral pools (11 outdoor, 6 indoor)

We are looking for an experienced and committed Director of Wellness & Spa who will:

• Organize and oversee wellness operations across multiple properties within the resort

• Manage a team of therapists, including scheduling, training, and motivation

• Lead the wellness & spa P&L management

• Develop and implement wellness programs, treatments, services, and products aligned with modern trends and high standards

• Drive sales initiatives, guest loyalty, and overall profitability

• Deliver massage, treatment, and beauty services when required

• Monitor sales performance, targets, and staff productivity, while proposing reward systems

• Contribute to the development of new services, offers, and guest experiences

• Manage administrative and financial processes of the department

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least 3 years of leadership experience in hotel wellness operations

• Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Understands hotel operations and can balance strategic and operational responsibilities

• Speaks English fluently

• Is proficient with reservation and reporting software systems

• Is proactive, guest-oriented, and results-driven
