Ведущего архитектора
, который поможет команде выстроить надежную архитектуру, внедрить стандарты и сделать продукт масштабируемым и устойчивым к нагрузкам.

Стек и технологии: .NET, C#, MySQL, MongoDB, Docker, k8s, ArgoCD, GitLab

Обязанности:

  • Полная ответственность за архитектуру всех сервисов продукта, обеспечение её соответствия текущим и будущим целям
  • Проведение аудита существующей архитектуры, выявление технических рисков, узких мест, анти-паттернов и точек роста
  • Формирование плана архитектурных изменений: целевое видение, этапы перехода, приоритеты, технический roadmap
  • Выстраивание процесса архитектурного надзора: регулярные ревью, стандарты, документация и контроль их соблюдения
  • Разработка и поддержка архитектурной документации: high-level схемы, контекстные диаграммы, описание API и интеграций
  • Внедрение современных подходов к проектированию: event-driven, DDD, модульность, API-first
  • Улучшение масштабируемости, производительности и отказоустойчивости системы
  • Проектирование архитектуры новых функций совместно с PO и BSA, формирование контрактов и интеграций
  • Сотрудничество с тим-лидами разработки и смежными командами для выработки единых технических решений
  • Менторство инженеров, помощь командам в принятии архитектурных решений, повышение уровня инженерной культуры
  • Участие в написании кода при необходимости.

Требования:

  • Опыт разработки на .NET от 3 лет
  • Опыт работы в роли Software Architect от 2 лет
  • Проактивность и мотивация улучшать архитектуру и процессы
  • Системное мышление: понимание взаимосвязей компонентов и долгосрочных последствий решений
  • Глубокие знания архитектурных стилей и шаблонов: микросервисы, SOA, event-driven, DDD
  • Опыт работы с SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) и NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) базами данных
  • Опыт проектирования REST API, gRPC, понимание идемпотентности, версионирования и безопасности
  • Опыт работы с брокерами сообщений (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Умение эффективно коммуницировать с инженерами и бизнес-пользователями, формулировать понятные архитектурные решения
  • Опыт работы с Docker и Kubernetes.

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы в беттинге или маркетинговых проектах
  • Навыки проектирования тестируемой архитектуры и понимание пирамиды тестирования
  • Опыт выстраивания архитектурных процессов с нуля.
