Requirements Role Overview

As a Retention Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, increasing customer satisfaction, and maximizing client lifetime value. You will manage portfolios, provide market updates, and ensure clients remain engaged and confident in their trading journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and maintain relationships with existing clients via phone, email, and chat.
  

• Promote company products and services, ensuring clients are aware of new offerings and features.
  

• Provide daily support, guidance, and updates on market movements.
  

• Work to retain clients and reduce churn by offering excellent customer service and tailored solutions.
  

• Achieve monthly KPIs and retention targets set by management.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retention Agent in the Forex / Financial Services industry (preferred).
  

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
  

• Excellent communication skills in English, Croatian, or German (native or fluent level).
  

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  

• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
  

• Knowledge of financial markets and online trading platforms is an advantage.
