We at Holycode are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the Stratos Technologies project team, for a full-time engagement, to join our company of passionate IT professionals.

Stratos Technologies AG is a Zurich-based company offering an advanced automation platform tailored for automotive after-sales processes. It serves leasing owners, fleet operators, insurance firms, garage chains, and OEMs by enabling streamlined, paperless workflows—including service authorization, maintenance management, subsidy optimization, claims processing, and digital customer interactions. Their scalable SaaS solution enhances efficiency, reduces manual work, and enriches data-driven decision-making across the entire after-sales ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proven experience with two of the big three CSP (preference on GCP and AWS), designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster management, alongside strong skills in Docker and docker-compose.
  • CI/CD: Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows, preferably with Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Scripting & OS: Good understanding of Linux environments and excellent scripting abilities in Python and Bash.
  • Databases & Messaging: Experience with the administration of databases with preference of knowledge in MySQL and the configuration/maintenance of message brokers like RabbitMQ.
  • Monitoring: Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, NewRelic).
  • Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
