IT Services Expert

If you find it interesting to:

• Be in charge of ensuring the proper functioning, accessibility, and performance of the BSS systems

• Support troubleshooting and proactively resolve a variety of issues indicated by any non-typical behavior of the system

• Process demands, monitor, and coordinate activities when deploying new changes

• Implement changes to systems for improvement of system performance and operational manageability

• Organize and carry through all kinds of testing: Functional, E2E and Acceptance testing for changes and systems releases

• Be the link between IT and business system users for operational issues and requests

• Work as the second level support for the business systems in the Incident/Problem/Change Management process

• Maintain system and configuration documentation

If you have:

• University degree (Technical studies/IT)

• Any work experience in IT BSS Operational support role or Software – development

• Knowledge of LINUX/UNIX

• Knowledge in RDBMS: Oracle knowledge (SQL, PL/SQL), SQL Server, preferably

• Knowledge in any of PHP/React/Python is not mandatory but considered as plus

• You are comfortable in using variety of interface technologies like SOAP/REST/JMS

• Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B2)
