Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Belgrade. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, preparation, and execution of dishes. Responsibilities include leading the culinary team, maintaining quality and consistency, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The role also involves innovating new recipes and contributing to the development of the tavern's dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in culinary arts, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operational standards
  • Skill in inventory management, procurement, and waste reduction
  • Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a kitchen
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with traditional Serbian cuisine is an advantage
