Job Summary

We're building our
founding tech team
and looking for
experienced backend developers
who are passionate about high-performance systems and want to play a key role in shaping our technology from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    scalable and reliable backend services
    in .NET / C#.
  • Design and optimization of databases, including performance analysis and implementation of efficient queries.
  • Work within
    high-availability distributed systems
    .
  • Collaborate with the
    Frontend team
    to deliver top-quality gaming products.
  • Utilize
    AWS
    for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Contribute to
    technical architecture decisions
    and establish technology guidelines.
  • Mentor junior team members and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of experience with
    .NET and C#
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed architecture
    .
  • Proven experience in
    database design & performance optimization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Azure or AWS
    cloud services.
  • Experience in the
    gambling / iGaming industry
    (online casino, slots).
  • Excellent communication skills;
    English fluency
    (Serbian language proficiency preferred).
