CONCIERGE MANAGER

YOUR AGENDA:

  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of front desk and reception areas for all BW residential buildings
  • Ensures that staff members provide outstanding guest service in residential buildings within BW project
  • Conducts onboarding and training staff members in order to demonstrate the highest level of guest service
  • Creates work schedules and organizing shifts for all team members
  • Evaluates performance of all staff members
  • Supervises daily shift process ensuring all staff members adhere to company's standards and procedures
  • Provides an FM Helpdesk function at all FDR points to deal with facilities and service-related issues, requests, and queries
  • Coordinates with other staff members to ensure that maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Ensures adherence to departmental policies and procedures, including residents privacy

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concierge/Front Desk Manager or similar
  • Previous Receptionist experience is preferred
  • Ability to organize and delegate duties of all staff members
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Strong internal as well as external stakeholder management skills
  • High standards of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills and training abilities
