Senior Product Designer

City: Belgrade

Role summary:

The position is part of a team operating within a broader product environment, with a specific focus on sports and casino products, as well as the development of promotional initiatives and loyalty programs. The portfolio is highly diverse, encompassing a wide range of products and complex functionalities, providing opportunities to develop various skills and gain a deeper understanding of different aspects of product development.

The role is based locally in Belgrade but operates within a corporate framework that enables collaboration and alignment across the CEE region, with direct communication with product managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and monitoring UI/UX trends in the market and within the iGaming industry.
  • Proactively contributing to digital products within the MaxBet portfolio; identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing enhancements and new features.
  • Working on regular updates and modifications across digital products.
  • Delivering fast and high-quality wireframing and prototyping solutions.
  • Presenting solutions and proposed improvements.
  • Communicating with managers, developers and third-party partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Designer, UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or other related positions.
  • Strong command of Figma, Adobe Suite and relevant AI-powered tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to work, reliability in prioritizing tasks, with excellent professional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment characterized by frequent changes, demonstrating adaptability and strong organizational skills.
